TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you declare you have read and accept all of the following terms.

General

When sending your request, please provide me with a detailed description and/or reference of the character(s) and important elements of the artwork.
The completed artwork will be delivered via email as a high resolution file in png and jpeg form.
I'll send you updates and work in progress images during every step of the commission: thumbnail and composition, sketch, lineart, flat color and shades.
You can ask for major changes during composition and sketching phases. Once the lineart is done only small changes can be requested and major ones will be charged an additional price.
Completing the artwork could take up to 3 months, depending on complexity and/or personal workload. I will nonetheless do my best to deliver your commission as fast as I can.

Payment

I accept payments via Paypal, Satispay or bank transfer.
The only currency accepted is Euros
I request an upfront payment of 50% of the total when accepting the commission and the other 50% when the sketch phase is completed.
If the client cancels the commission before any work has begun, the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission before the the Lineart phase but after the Sketch is completed, the client will receive the mid-work 50% payment (the second tranche, if already payed) as a refund.
No refund will be given for cancelled commissions after the Lineart phase.
If I, the artist, cancel the commission, the client will receive a full refund, regardless of how much work was already done on the artwork.

Copyright

The prices listed are for personal use only commissions. Commercial use commission will require further discussions.
It is explicitly prohibited to use and/or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes and use it for any means other than personal use if commercial use fees haven't been payed.
The artwork cannot be altered in any way or form without my explicit permission.
The artwork will include a small signature. It is explicitly prohibited to remove or alter this signature by any means.
I am allowed to publish the copyrighted artwork on any site and/or social platform and use it for commercial purposes.
The client is allowed to publish the artwork on any site and/or social platform as long as the client doesn't claim to be the author of the artwork and credit is given to the original author.
It is explicitly prohibited to use the copyrighted artwork for A.I. training and/or upload it on a dataset used for A.I. training.
